私は実際にTwitterに自分のブログのURLを貼ったところスパム扱いをされてしまい開くことができなくなくなりました。
色々なことを試した結果、記事にあるような方法で解決することができました。

そこで上記のように2段目に自分が取得したドメインを入力してください。
ここで気を付けなければならないことは色々な形でドメインを入力することをすることです。
具体的には下記に記載している①、②のようなイメージです。
上記のように考えられるパターンのドメインを入力します。
なぜならこれらのURLの入力方法によってBLリストに載っている場合、そうでない場合が考えられるからです。
私の具体的な例で見てみると②のURLで審査した結果はBL入りしていますが、、、
これはあくまで私の見解ですが、このことに多くの方が気づけないためにスパム解除に時間がかかっていると考えられます。

しばらくすると連絡が来ました。私の場合は10分足らずで連絡が来ました。

難しいことが書いてありますが、要約すると「解除してやるから待て」ということでした。
そこから数時間後、Twitterのリンクを押してみると開けました。
